Our farm offers whole or sides of lamb cut to your requirements.
Since we are a ‘no spray/no chemical fertiliser’ farm, our stock are fattened on lush Tassie pasture, supplemented by olive leaf prunings that we supply directly from our trees throughout winter, and following our olive harvest.

- Very young lamb (< 20kg carcass weight) $17.00 per kg
- Fully grown lamb (20+ kg carcass weight) $15.00 per kg
Pricing: (wholesale)
- Full lamb 20 + kg carcass weight only (uncut) $10.00 per Kg
